Professional Experience

As part of the Special Operations team, I created Proof-of-Concept automations for customers including UBS and Metlife. Some of my major achievements include designing Virtual Engineers to handle an international Juniper Network Stack as well as Critical Windows Infrastrucutre monitoring and remediation.

Provided Manual and Automated QA services for Alkami's Credit Union platform. As part of an AGILE team, I contributed to hundreds of verifications including SQL and Postman API tests. I developed the first automated testing for the SMS and Email alert platform.

Designed automated tests utilizing SeleniumBDD and Specflow to contribute to a test suite of over 2,000 scenarios. I designed a plug-in so our test suite could include previously un-automatable database verifications. During my time at Exago, I contributed to bringing test integrity from ~60% success to over 95%.

Provided digital concierge services for business and private clients in the NYC Tri-State area including network and maintenance services for factory floors as well as build and repair of desktop and server computers for home and business alike.

Promoted from Data Center Technician up to Telecommunications and Network Engineer, I worked hand-in-hand with all levels including SMEs and Executive level staff. I designed and executed physical and virtual network rollouts including the replacement of the entire CyrusOne Northeastern network backbone from Cisco to Juniper.

Created workflow automations utilizing ServiceNow for clients including several State governments and private enterprises. Installed  Puppet orchestration servers for several clients that had never explored the benefits of infrastructure automation.

Stationed in New London CT, I deployed as part of the USS Dallas submarine crew. As a trained Nuclear Electrician's Mate, my job was to contribute to the maintenance and repair of the nuclear propulsion plant's electrical transmission and generation systems.
